A driver heard a kitten meowing while travelling and took his car to the mechanics for help.

Jakkrit Ieadwittayarat said he had heard strange sounds in the garage since the night before and only confirmed a feline inside his vehicle while he was travelling in Bangkok, Thailand, on May 21.

He pulled over and tried to remove it himself, but he couldn't, so he brought his sedan to the Mazda Kritsada Ramindra Centre for assistance.

Footage shows mechanics using a torch while searching for the feline from under the car. Finally, one of them found the scared moggy inside the wheel fender and took it out.

Jakkrit said: ‘I was a bit panicking when I heard the car. I didn't want to hurt it.'

He named the one-month-old black feline Mazda and adopted it. Mazda was unhurt and healthy after the rescue operation.
