A motorist chased an Audi driver to warn them after a tyre fell off the moving vehicle in southern China.

The dashcam video was filmed in Nanchong City in Sichuan Province on August 16.

As the Audi travelled, one of its tyres detached from the rim and fell off, leaving the driver seemingly unaware of the danger. The dramatic scene was captured on a dashcam from the car of Mr He, who was driving behind the Audi.

Mr He recounted the event, noting that he continuously honked his horn and flashed his headlights in an attempt to alert the oblivious driver. However, instead of pulling over, the Audi driver mistook these signals as an indication that Mr He was trying to overtake him and sped up.

It wasn't until Mr He managed to catch up and gestured frantically to the driver that the Audi finally pulled over to address the issue.
