The birds were seen floating calmly in the water following heavy rain that caused a river to burst its banks in Nan province on August 23.
Officials said flash floods caused by heavy monsoon rains in Thailand have killed 22 people and injured 19 in recent days.
The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation confirmed that around 30,000 households have been affected in 13 provinces across the north and south over the past 10 days.
During a visit to the northern region of Nan over the weekend, Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra distributed food supplies to residents.
