Woman lying on tracks avoids being crushed by goods train
This is the miraculous moment a woman lying on railway tracks narrowly avoided being crushed by a goods train in India.
The woman was reportedly crossing the railroad tracks in front of Telangana's Nawandgi Railway Station when a train approached.
In a desperate attempt to protect herself, she lay down on the tracks just in time as the freight train's carriages passed over her.
After the train cleared the tracks, she emerged unscathed and safe. She stood up, relieved and grateful to have avoided injury, and continued on her way.
The incident involved two tribal women. One had crossed the tracks before the train arrived.
