A hotel with epic rooms offers views from lions from the comfort of your own bed.

Shekinah Lion & Game Lodge in South Africa has four rooms where the world’s apex predators can be viewed without leaving the door.

Amazing footage filmed from the Pfamoni Sahara Suite shows one male lion showing off all his splendour while stretching out his full body in one of the windows.

The lodge guest can be seen lounging from the bed as the male lion lay down next to a lioness.

A Shekinah spokesperson said: “Guests really love the experience and some actually like rotating rooms so they can get a feel of all four of them.

“The rooms are designed to give you a full view of the enclosures, they are literally built on the corner of each camp.”

Shekinah Lion & Game Lodge opened in September 2023 and offers guests the chance to see four different animals from their rooms.

One room shows African lions, another white lions, while two other rooms showcases Bengal and Siberian tigers.
