A school bus ploughed into a crowd of pedestrians in Tai’an, Shandong Province, killing 11 people on September 3.

Blurred footage shows injured people and bodies on the floor after the vehicle had struck a group of students and parents on the side of the road.

According to reports, the driver, who has been taken into police custody, lost control of the vehicle and veered into the crowd during school pick-up.

Among the dead was six parents and five students. Twenty-four others have been injured with one in a critical condition.
