Four students from the State Vocational High School Smk Oeolo in Musi District, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia have succeeded in creating extraordinary innovations. They have successfully converted oil-fueled motorbikes into environmentally friendly electric motorbikes.
This innovation is part of efforts to support the development of green technology in the East Nusa Tenggara region.
The conversion process carried out in this workshop was successful thanks to the extraordinary creativity and innovation of the students.
Students Convert Combustion Motorcycles to Electric Motorcycles Using the Skills They Have Received.
The tools they use to convert combustion motorbikes to electric are dynamos, batteries, controllers and converters.
Oeolo State Vocational School teacher, Filipe Araujo, appreciates the skills of his students. "After being converted, this motorbike has started. But no road trials or test drives have been carried out," he said when confirmed on Sunday, September 15 2024.
