Police take sniffer dog to hospital to surprise youngster
This is the heartwarming moment a police officer takes his sniffer dog to the hospital to surprise a young patient.
Footage shows Civil Guard officer Raul and his K9 partner, Beltza, visiting the boy at Ramon y Cajal Hospital in Madrid, Spain on November 23.
In partnership with the Smiles Association, the duo played with the child during the visit.
Smiles Association is a group that supports sick and vulnerable children across Spain. They work with various emergency services, security forces, and the armed forces to bring joy to children in hospitals, foster homes, and other places.
The Civil Guard said: 'Thank you, and we wish the little one a speedy recovery.'
