This is the shocking moment a furious American tourist allegedly attacked a Thai ladyboy for causing too much noise while she had sex with customers.

Footage shows the muscular holidaymaker squaring up to the much taller transgender sex worker, 30, outside an apartment in Pattaya, Thailand, on December 23.

The American was heard saying in the video: 'You're so fu**ing loud, that's what b*tch!'

When the transgender, Mimmi Chai, answered back, they were sent flying by a powerful shove from the enraged tourist. She then curled up on the ground wailing in pain.

The group of Indian men she had just been paid by were seen standing in the video, astonished by the drama unfolding before them.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Kittipong Talaengkan of the Pattaya City Police said the alleged assault was reported at 1:03 am.

He said: 'We have confirmed that the man is from the United States. The incident does not constitute a flagrant offence, so we have not been able to arrest him yet.

A report has been filed by the trans woman involved, and her party will proceed with legal action accordingly.'

Mimmi was taken to a hospital to be treated for bruises. She appeared at the police station with her arm in a sling but she had no fractured bones.

Her friend, Biew, speaking in the video, said: 'Mimmi had accepted a job to entertain a group of Indian tourists in their hotel room.

'After finishing, she was waiting to receive payment. She was drunk, so she was probably talking loudly which made the American man unhappy.

'When he came out of his room, they argued and he attacked my friend.

'We recorded a video clip as evidence. After the incident, we called the police.'

The disturbing incident is the latest issue with tourists in the bustling coastal city, where round-the-clock sex workers cater to holidaymakers.

Government chiefs have attempted to clean up the city but regular violence and depravity continue to blight its reputation.

Earlier this week, a British tourist, 71, was grilled by police after he admitted sleeping with the the corpse of a dead prostitute for three nights before the body was discovered.
