Hiker slips into river while trying to cross waterfall
A hiker slipped into the river while trying to cross a waterfall on a nature trip.
Footage shows the tourist being assisted between two rocks where water current was fastly flowing in Davao City, the Philippines on January 26.
However, she misstepped on a slippery boulder and was swept away with the rapids.
Her companion Adie Ong said: 'We crossed the river to see the beautiful waterfalls but the current was so strong. She was carried downstream.'
The adventure seeker was safe and moved on with the group after being fished out of the river.
