A python was removed from the engine of a parked car in Thailand.

The frantic car owner called an animal rescue team to remove the reptile nestling inside the engine compartment in Pathum Thani on January 16.

Footage shows a man catching the snake using a catcher pole and dragging it out of the garage.

The animal was then reportedly placed into a cage and released back into the wild.

Pythons are nonvenomous constrictors that prey on rodents, birds, lizards, and mammals. They lack venomous fangs and consume their prey whole by swallowing it.
