Script:
Torrential rain triggered significant flooding across Cincinnati and northern Kentucky on April 7, 2025, with streets and riverside areas inundated, prompting some residents to resort to boats for transportation.

Footage filmed by Marky Mark Samaan around noon from the iconic Roebling Suspension Bridge shows the extent of the flooding, with fast-moving waters and people navigating the scene by boat.

The Ohio River, already swollen from days of rainfall, spilled over its banks, impacting neighborhoods on both sides of the river. Emergency crews remain on high alert as flood warnings continue, and authorities are urging residents in low-lying areas to stay indoors or evacuate if necessary.

This follows the river cresting at 60 feet over the weekend — the first time it has reached moderate flood stage in four years.
