The California Coast Guard offloaded suspected cocaine worth more than 214 million USD in San Diego.

Authorities carried ashore more than 18,898 pounds of suspected illegal drugs on Thursday, April 24.

The seizure followed six separate maritime interdictions off the coasts of Mexico, as well as Central and South America, carried out by the Coast Guard Cutters Kimball and Forward between February and April.

Footage shows bales of cocaine stacked on the deck of the Cutter Kimball (WMSL 756), positioned near a helicopter.

The Coast Guard Cutter Kimball is one of two Legend-class national security cutters based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
