Officers Rescue Ducklings From Storm Drain, Reunite Them With Mom
It was anything but a typical patrol for Conshohocken Police officers this week when they sprang into action to help a distressed mother duck. During a routine morning stroll, her ducklings accidentally slipped through a storm grate, leaving her frantically pacing nearby.
With quick thinking and teamwork, the officers safely retrieved the tiny ducklings from the drain and reunited them with their anxious mom. The heartwarming moment was a reminder that public service extends to all members of the community—feathers and all.
The department shared the story on Facebook, inviting everyone to welcome this waddling family to the Conshohocken neighborhood. A quacking good rescue, indeed!
