US, Phoenix: EL Mirage House Fire
Phoenix, United States - May 25, 2025 05/24/2025 11:00 pm GMT-0700 EL MIRAGE, Ariz. – A large house fire in the 14000 block of 130th Avenue in El Mirage drew a multi-agency response late Saturday evening. Firefighters arrived to find heavy flames engulfing both stories of the home. Units from the Arizona Fire Medical Authority, El Mirage Fire, Surprise Fire, and Sun City Fire Medical worked collaboratively to combat the blaze, which was deemed a full working fire. El Mirage and Surprise police helped secure the scene by blocking all directions of travel, allowing firefighters to focus on extinguishing the flames. A tower ladder truck assisted in the firefighting efforts, providing aerial support. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and no further details have been released.
