A couple's friends delighted the guests as they walked down the aisle, serving as the designated adult male version of flower girls.

Footage shows the 'flowermen' duo linking arms and carrying baskets, scattering petals along the white carpeted path in Bali, Indonesia.

They dressed in matching white tuxedos and sunglasses, adding unique flair to the Filipino couple's ceremony held on the neighbouring island on June 12.

The pair tossed blossoms ahead of the bride's grand entrance while a touching piano melody played in the background.

Bride Charry Severino said: ‘When Nico and I were planning our wedding, we knew one thing for sure. We wanted every moment to reflect our personalities, values, and sense of humour.

‘So instead of the traditional flower girls, we chose something a little unexpected, a group of our closest guy friends to serve as flowermen.'
