This is the shocking moment a grandmother fell over as her motorcycle accelerator became stuck.

Kimlee, 60, attempted to remove the electric vehicle from the garage to go shopping when she accidentally engaged the throttle, causing her to topple onto the ground in Bangkok, Thailand.

Footage shows the pensioner opening the gate before walking towards the white and red tricycle on September 24.

She then carefully pulled it out of the garage into the driveway when she twisted the accelerator, causing the vehicle to speed toward a counter.

Kimlee can be seen violently plunging onto the floor, hitting her head on the furniture.

Moments later, she carefully stood up and put on her sandals that had flown from the impact.

Thanachat Nakthien, Kimlee's daughter, said: 'My mother started the engine too soon, so she fell. Luckily, she wasn't injured. I just want to share this as a warning for the elderly to be careful. Don't start the engine until you're already seated on the bike.'
