监控显示，这辆车是在昨天（17）旁晚6点16分32秒的时候出现在监控画面中的，有一个细节值得注意，当时画面中显示的是红灯！司机的车速并不算慢，而当时人行横道上出现了一名骑车男子，眼见车和人就要撞上，
司机立马急打方向，朝着河里冲了下去。而骑车男子明显被吓坏了，在观察了一会现场情况后，离开了现场。
