Dramatic footage has emerged of a doctor continuing to treat a patient in a Chinese hospital while a fire rages outside.

The video, filmed in Binzhou, Shandong Province on Wednesday, shows the brave doctor treating the patient, with flames and smoke billowing outside the ward window.

The doctor reportedly said afterwards that she couldn't stop the life-saving blood transfusion half way through because the patient may not have survived, so she had to carry on.

The blaze was eventually extinguished and no major casualties were reported.

Heartwarming footage has emerged from China of a brave doctor continuing giving a patient blood transfusion as huge fire blazes outside of the hospital window.

The video, captured in Binzhou, Shandong Province last Wednesday, shows thick smoke coming out of a construction site near a hospital.

While, a doctor giving a patient blood transfusion sees the bright flames outside of the window. But she keeps calm and continuous the life-saving blood transfusion rather than running away.

The doctor didn't evacuate until she finished the blood transfusion, as she knew the procedure couldn't stop.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
