A disturbing footages shows a seven-year-old disabled girl being chained to a wall by her monster mom in Bangalore, Southern India.

This torture has been on for a few months where the mother would chain her and leave for work. The heartless act was captured by a passersby and was shared with the authorities who swung into action after the video went viral in social media. The girl who was chained to the wall outside her house was rescued by cops and social activists.


The vulnerable girl was chained to the wall to prevent her from wandering off while the mother carried out multiple odd jobs.

According to local media reports, the child is mute and has learning disabilities. When left unattended, she has the habit of wandering around the streets.

DCP East Rahul Kumar, who alerted the HAL Police about the incident after he got information from Shara, said, “The inspector immediately went to the spot as the activist had sent us the coordinates for the location. When he got there, he found that the girl was tied up by her mother.”
