This poor dog was left looking like a zebra after being 'painted' by cruel locals. The stray pooch scared an employee who was on his way home late at night in Cebu City, the Philippines on July 2. Jan Anthony Buenafe Jr said the mutt had affectionately been nicknamed Tiger - but he believes the dog was paited like that by cruel residents. He said: "It was already two in the morning, and it was dark already. I thought it was a tiger, but it was just a dog.'' Buenafe is not sure whether Tiger has an owner, but according to him, a vendor from the area said that the dog may have been painted by local men while they were drunk. He added: "People who live there said that Tiger is a good dog. He even uses the flyover when he crosses the road. He's such a smart dog."
