Thief caught on camera leaping over motorway barrier to steal from passengers on moving bus
This is the astonishing moment a brazen thief leaps over a motorway barrier to steal a bus passenger's smartphone.
The bare-footed urchin noticed the woman holding the black handset as they rode in the jeepney in Muntinlupa City, the Philippines, last Sunday (13/07) afternoon.
Dascham footage shows how the thief snatched the expensive device then sprinted away into nearby alleyways.
Two men gave chase but were unable to catch up the thief. Onlooker William Limpin said: ''This is a reminder to take care of all your belongings, especially when the window is open. Don't be complacent even when you think you're safe, like on the highway.''
