LAPD responded to reports of multiple shots fired near a parking lot at the intersection of Avalon Blvd and Manchester. At least three suspects fled the scene and were last seen driving eastbound on 87th St from S Avalon Blvd in what was described as a black Infiniti sedan. Police gave chase to the suspect vehicle with the short pursuit ending in the suspects crashing on 88th St near Hooper Ave. The chase vehicle seems to have crashed into at least two parked vehicles with the suspects fleeing the scene. LAPD located and had one suspect in custody in the 8800 block of S Zamora Ave. The remaining two suspects are outstanding at this time. The reason behind the shooting is under investigation.
