Hilarious: cops and their spouses row dragon boat, lose balance and dung themselves in lake in central India
The Indian Police officials fell into the lake as the dragon boat they were on overturned all of a sudden during a two day Indian Police service (IPS) conclave 2020 in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
The incident took place on February 20 12:49pm in Boat Club in Bhopal.
The video shows the officers wearing life jackets rowing a dragon boat and the people on onboard falling into the lake as the boat overturns. And the security guards and lifeguards are seen rescuing the officials who had fallen into the lake.
According to the reports, the mishap took place during a dragon boat race for the cops and the family members of the officials were also present during the event.
The Dragon Boat included DGP VK Singh's wife Tuheen Singh, IPS officer Rajesh Chawla and his wife Sunita Chawla, ADG Vijay Kataria's son Dipanshu Kataria, IPS officer's son Apoorva Arjaria besides a few other officers and family members.
The conclave was inaugurated by the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath.
The event was attended by 200 officials and four different zone teams were formed for the meet.
