Thai policeman in car holds motorcyclist's hand to drag him home after his motorbike runs out of fuel
A kind policeman in a car held a young motorcyclist's hand to drag him home after his motorbike ran out of fuel.
Police Senior Sergeant Major Tewarit Rodchai held the hand of the stranded teenager who was stuck on a remote road in Kanchanaburi, western Thailand on May 16.
Another patrol officer, Phonchai Poonsawat, who recorded the incident said they were on duty as usual when they notice the lad pushing his conked-out bike in the hot sun, with temperatures reaching 35C.
Phonchai said: "We saw the stranded boy on the road. He then told us that he had no fuel left, so, we decided to help him by pulling him along our sedan.
''He had no phone so he would have been waiting for a long time for help.''
The lucky teenager finally reached home after travelling four kilometers with the police holding his hand the whole way.
He said: "I was on the way back home after I had bought some food for my mother, but I ran out of fuel. It was lucky that I met the officers.''
The police officers also gave the youngster free food from the back of their patrol car.
