The international cattle fair commenced in Nagaur on February 19 after several delays. Although the fair has been famous for bulls, this time camels from different states attended the festivities, while a large number of traders reached the event to purchase the cattle.

Moreover, the loss incurred during the last year was covered during the fair as several camels were sold during the event. The cattle ranchers arrived with their camels 10 to 12 days before the occasion, while tourists from all over the country arrived to beheld the spectacle.
