The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials seized gold worth Rs. 12 crores (USD 16,52,581) from southern India's Telangana on March 23. The incident took place in Choutuppal in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.

A video features an official using various equipment to open a component of the dashboard. Following this, he opens the dashboard and discovers several bars of gold ingeniously concealed within it. Moreover, they recover all the illicit items and seize them.

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials and Choutuppal Police officials seized 26 kg (57.3 lbs) of gold worth Rs. 12 crores (USD 16,52,581) after they checked a car at the Panthangi Toll Gate. Furthermore, three smugglers were assigned to deliver the items from Calcutta to Chennai and were detained regarding the same.
