A Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel saved the life of a passenger in central India's Chhattisgarh on March 22. The incident took place at the Raipur railway station.

CCTV footage features a man attempting to board a moving train in broad daylight. Following this, the passenger loses balance and begins to fall into the gap between the locomotive and the platform. However, alert security personnel rushes towards him, pulls him out, and saves him from getting crushed under the train.

A Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable, identified as Shri Shivam Singh, saved a passenger named Ashok Kumar, hailing from Ashok Nagar in west Delhi. The passenger was trying to board a train traveling from Raipur to Nizamuddin when the mishap occurred. However, the man successfully boarded the train after the incident as he suffered no severe injuries.
