Wildlife officials in Madhya Pradesh, India, treated a deer wounded by stray dogs.

Footage from April 8 shows officials tending to an injured deer after being attacked by two stray dogs.

A vet treated the animal's injured leg in the back of a pickup truck in Chhitapar.

The officials took the distressed deer to a hospital where Dr. Manjhi and Dr. Tignath provided the animal with medication.

The deer is in a stable condition.

Forest officials treated a wounded deer that was attacked by stray dogs in central India's Madhya Pradesh on April 8. The incident took place in Chhitapar in the Narsinghpur district.

A video features the vets treating a wounded deer inside a pickup vehicle in broad daylight. However, the animal trembles in pain with drips hanging from its body. Moreover, the staff continuously monitors the creature as they provide it proper medication.

A couple of stray dogs attacked a deer and injured its leg, following which, the locals discovered it and informed the forest department. Moreover, the forest officials took the wounded creature to a veterinary hospital in Kareli, where Dr. Manjhi and Tignath treated the creature and provided it with relevant medication. Furthermore, the deer is now in stable condition while the vets continuously monitor it.
