The Indian Air Force (IAF) deployed helicopters to airlift people stranded amid flash floods in northern India's Uttar Pradesh on October 20. The incident took place in the Nagria village, located in the Pilibhit district.

Visuals feature the choppers hovering over the flooded region. They spot the stranded locals, following which they lower safety gears towards them. Once strapped on, they pull the panic-stricken locals up and carry them to safety.

Incessant rainfall triggered flash floods in the region, throwing life out of gear. In the face of that, the IAF deployed helicopters and rescued at least 21 people stranded amid the flash floods.
