This is the shocking moment an out-of-control car crashed into a family's home in Thailand.

The white saloon swerved across the road before it smashed into the property in Phitsanulok province on July 7.

CCTV footage shows the vehicle ramming into the house where a pillar collapsed and several appliances were left damaged.

The driver was seen crawling out of the sedan's window after the crash.

House owner Nat Duangchongporn said: ‘This wasn't the first time that a car crashed into our home. I don't know what's the problem but I hope something can be done about it.'

No one else was hurt in the incident while the driver had minor injuries from the impact. Nat added that the driver promised to pay for the damages so they no longer complained about it to the police.

He said: ‘The driver had already apologised and promised to discuss the damages next week. This is not the first time a car crashed into my house, I'm just glad my family and I are fine.'

Aside from the damages in the house, a water supply system, chairs, five washing machines, and a water vending machine was wrecked, which the driver was also made to pay for.
