An extremely narrow road provides a shortcut for busy drivers - but they have to squeeze through without scratching thier mirrors.

The tight alleyway, called Soi Wat Prok, is a favourite among motorists as it gives them an alternative route, especially during the chronically congested rush hour in Bangkok, Thailand.

Locals will make a sharp turn to drive through the 7ft-wide street to escape traffic on the main Sathorn road and Narathiwat road.

Footage from November 7 shows pickup trucks, sedans, and riders passing along Soi Wat Prok, cautious not to scratch their cars on the walls of the street.

Driver Bernd Chaisri said: 'I heard it was famous because it was too narrow, but for me it was a popular shortcut during rush hour. It saved me many times.'
