Hammerhead worm that is thought to have just split itself attracted the attention of ants as it crawled across wet soil in Indonesia.

Footage from West Sumatra Province shortly after rains in the middle of this month (January 17), shows the hammerhead worm leaving slime trails on the surface of the ground where it walks.

The hammerhead worm, whose body length is now only about 5 centimetres, is followed by ants. But these animals are not prey for ants.

Reporting from various sources, hammerhead worms are known to prey on slugs and earthworms.

Worms with a maximum length of up to 40 cm only come from Asia, but can also be found in North America. Including deadly poisonous animals, cannibals because they eat their smaller counterparts.

This animal is also called immortal because it is known that it cannot be killed even though it has been cut into pieces and will even multiply.
