On Saturday, March 11, 2023, a team of firefighters and rescue workers from the South Lampung Fire and Rescue Department carried out the evacuation of a huge python in the yard of a resident in Way Urang, Kalianda District, South Lampung Regency.

The incident occurred after Mr. Sudarwoso reported the presence of the python in his yard. The team of six quickly and efficiently evacuated the 3.5-meter or 11.5 feet long python.

The evacuation process was carried out quickly and completed in just ten minutes.

The Kalianda Post urged the public to be more cautious of wild animals that may pose a threat to their safety and the environment.
