A sika deer startled workers by suddenly dashing into a beverage store at night in southern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Heyuan in Guangdong Province on September 27.

An excited staff member was heard saying: "Bro, you are here."

The beverage store's staff explained that they were in the middle of cleaning the store and the doors were left ajar when the sika deer made its entrance.

However, the sika deer made a swift exit shortly after its unexpected entrance, leaving no damage to the store in its wake.

Responding to the incident, the local forestry bureau has acknowledged the occurrence and is currently in the process of verifying the details.
