3 Major Underpasses Flooded and Closed in Pomona, LA, USA

Three of the five major underpasses that run through the city of Pomona are flooded and closed due to heavy rain. The first one is at Towne Avenue and Monterey Avenue. The second one is at Garey Avenue and Monterey Avenue. The third and final one is at White Avenue and Monterey Avenue. Unknown at this time if the closure will delay the response times to calls for the Pomona PD and the LACoFD.
