West Covina Barricade Suspect Burns House in Standoff With English and Spanish Neighbor Interviews in Los Angeles, CA, USA

West Covina PD was on the scene of a barricaded suspect inside a residence in the 2600 block of Evelyn Avenue in the city of West Covina. The suspect remained inside the house while heavy smoke started showing from inside the residence. West Covina PD started evacuating nearby residences due to the standoff. After about 30 to 45 minutes, the house was fully engulfed in flames. it is unknown at this time if the suspect was still inside the residence as the house burned. West Covina PD has not released any other details regarding the barricaded suspect. The West Covina Fire Department fought the flames from nearby rooftops of neighbors' homes. Neighbor interviews from KNN - one in English and another in Spanish.
