In a courageous act of bravery, three New York State troopers intervened to save a beloved pet from a perilous situation on Sunday in the Town of Lockport. The troopers swiftly responded to distress calls regarding a fire engulfing a residence on Royal Parkway North.

Upon arrival, the troopers wasted no time and took decisive action. With determination, they broke through the door of the burning home, successfully retrieving the frightened dog trapped inside. Undeterred by the escalating flames, they then embarked on efforts to mitigate the spread of the fire to adjacent properties.

Despite their valiant efforts, the blaze ravaged two homes, inflicting severe damage. Regrettably, one of the residences was left completely devastated by the inferno.
