This is the dramatic moment strong winds blew a tent onto power lines during a storm in eastern Thailand.

Dashcam footage shows the gales lifting the tent of a car dealership and sending it flying onto several electric posts amid a downpour in Chonburi province on April 14.

The poles toppled like dominoes, crushing the bonnet of a passing pickup truck.

Local media reported that a female motorcycle suffered head and knee injuries. She was taken to the Phanat Nikhom Hospital for treatment and is now recovering.

The two-wheeler she was riding, two pickup trucks, and a car were damaged in the accident.

A passenger Kamon, who was inside one of the cars struck by the power cables, said: 'The wires were tangled around the car, so we couldn't open the doors by ourselves because we were afraid of being electrocuted. We had to wait for the authorities to remove the cables first.'
