A man was startled by an unexpected passenger entering a double-door elevator from his behind in eastern China.

The hilarious video was filmed in Yiwu City in Zhejiang Province on April 22.

Confused as to why the elevator in front of him wasn't opening, he was suddenly startled by another man entering through the door behind him.

According to the man, this incident occurred while he was on a business trip staying at a hotel. Upon reaching the desired floor, he was unaware that the door behind him was opening. He attempted several times to open the elevator door, but it remained shut, leading him to believe that the elevator was malfunctioning, causing some anxiety and urgency.

He then began knocking on the elevator door and loudly calling out for assistance, only to be surprised by the sudden appearance of someone behind him, startling both himself and the man who had just entered the elevator.
