They were trapped when they were about to go down from the fourth floor to the first floor. But when on the second floor, the elevator suddenly died, so they were trapped for one hour.
10 Hospital engineering officers then tried to save the victims by manually lowering the elevator to the first floor. The process of opening the elevator and evacuating the victim took place dramatically for 30 minutes. Finally the elevator door was successfully opened, but the three victims were forced to bow down, because the position of the elevator floor was in the middle. The exit of the three victims of the elevator was greeted hysterically by other hospital employees. They managed to get out safely, even though they were shocked.
