In a swift and heroic rescue operation, a dog trapped in a septic tank in central India's Madhya Pradesh, was saved by local animal welfare activists.

The incident took place in Banganga Road, near the police line in Shahdol on June 1.

Visuals showed how the dog was saved by the rescuers. The incident occurred at 2:01 PM today, prompting an urgent rescue request. The distressed animal was rescued by Gaurav Ralhi Mishra and his team from Atal Kaamdhenu Gausewa Sansthan, an NGO dedicated to animal welfare, located at Kudri Kranti Chowk in Shahdol.
The rescue operation was efficiently completed by 2:15 PM, thanks to the swift action and coordination of the rescuers. Prakash Sen, a notable animal welfare advocate, assisted in the delicate operation, ensuring the swan was brought out safely. This successful rescue highlights the dedication and prompt response of local animal welfare organizations in India.
