An armed man was arrested after robbing a gold store in southern China.

Shocking CCTV footage was filmed in Nanchang City in Jiangxi Province on June 2. A man armed with a knife and pepper spray entered the "Xiao Huang Gold Jewelry" store and carried out a robbery before fleeing the scene quickly.

Fortunately, the store owner and the people inside the store were not injured in the incident.

According to eyewitnesses, the robbery occurred when a masked man suddenly entered the gold shop and sprayed an unknown liquid at the store owner before carrying out the robbery.

The store owner did not fiercely resist after the masked man showed a knife, thus protecting himself and the people inside the store. The eyewitness also stated that the suspect fled to a nearby village after the robbery.

After receiving the report, the Nanchang County Public Security Bureau quickly launched an emergency response plan and organised police forces to rush to the scene for investigation.

The police obtained the store's surveillance video and identified the criminal suspect. After a night of hard work, the police successfully arrested the suspect, a 39-year-old man named Tian Xiang, on June 3.

It is reported that the police found all the stolen gold at Tian's hiding place and the property was intact.

The Nanchang County Public Security Bureau issued a police situation report, informing the public of the case's investigation progress.

Currently, the case investigation work is still ongoing.

据现场目击者描述，抢劫发生时，一名蒙面男子突然闯入金店，向店主喷射不明液体后实施抢劫。店主在蒙面人亮出刀具后并未激烈反抗，保护了自身和店内人员的安全。该目击者还表示，嫌疑人抢劫成功后朝着附近村子里跑了。

接到报警后，南昌县公安局迅速启动应急预案，组织警力赶赴现场展开侦查。警方通过调取店内监控视频，锁定了犯罪嫌疑人的身份。经过连夜奋战，警方于6月3日凌晨1时30分许成功将犯罪嫌疑人田某（男，38岁，四川资阳人）抓获归案。

据悉，警方在田某的藏身处搜出了全部涉案黄金，财物完好无损。6月3日凌晨2时37分许，南昌县公安局发布警情通报，向公众通报了案件侦破情况。目前，案件侦办工作仍在进行中。
