A careless driver splashed an oncoming car while speeding on a flooded road.
The grey SUV accelerated rapidly on the motorway, causing filthy water to spray onto vehicles in the opposite lane in Liaoning, China, on August 12.
Footage shows water dripping onto the windscreen, forcing the driver to use the wipers. He narrowly avoided hitting a white car in front of him.
The filmer said: 'That guy was so inconsiderate. I could have had an accident from that.'
