This is the moment a motorcycle rider lost his balance in a flash flood caused by heavy rain in Indonesia.

The driver and his passenger had stopped at a congested intersection in the Pancoran Mas area of Depok, West Java, when the deluge pushed him backward on the road.

Footage shows how the pair scrambled to find their footing but toppled over into the flood. Their belongings in a red bag were also swept away by the flood.

The driver was not seriously hurt and stood back up to fix the two-wheeler.
