Fajri, a 28-year-old waiter at 'Family Benteng' restaurant, has an incredible skill.
He can balance up to 17 plates on his left hand and arm!
With 8 years of experience, Fajri has mastered the art of serving multiple dishes at once.
He shared to Wahyu Lelo, Newsflare journalist in Bukittinggi, “When I started, I had to pay for any broken plates, so I learned pretty quickly!”
The act of balancing multiple dishes on one hand is known as 'Manatiang piriang'. It's a traditional skill often seen in Padang restaurants, a specialty of the Minangkabau people.
