CARMEL, IN — After two decades of unwavering service, the Carmel Police Department is saying a heartfelt farewell to Officer Scott Morrow, who is officially retiring. In a Facebook post, the department celebrated his remarkable 20-year career, calling him “more than just a police officer — he’s been a mentor, a protector, a teammate, and a true friend.”

Throughout his years with the department, Officer Morrow was known for his calm leadership, integrity, and dedication to both his colleagues and the community. “His steady presence and strong work ethic have left a lasting mark,” the post shared, highlighting the impact he made whether answering calls, backing up fellow officers, or simply offering a helping hand.

Though Officer Morrow will be missed in uniform, the Carmel Police Department wished him well as he embarks on his next chapter: “Thank you, Officer Morrow, for everything you've given to Carmel. Wishing you a retirement filled with well-deserved rest, joy, and adventure!”
