Recently, in a residential community in Baiquan County, Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, a motorcycle suddenly went out of control and sped directly toward a boy standing in the middle of the road. At the critical moment, Wang Liang, an auxiliary police officer from the Baiquan County Public Security Bureau Detention Center who lives in the community, sensed the danger. With quick reflexes, he swiftly pulled the boy out of harm’s way, saving him from a serious accident.

It was later confirmed that the incident was caused by a mistake made by the motorcycle rider. The rider sustained only minor injuries and is not in serious condition.

After the incident, the boy’s mother expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Officer Wang Liang and presented him with a banner as a token of appreciation.
