Shocking moment electricity post falls onto passing cars
This is the shocking moment an electricity post fell onto passing cars.
Motorist Bangku was driving when the roadside pole suddenly snapped in half, causing the cables to crash onto three vehicles in Perak, Malaysia.
Dashcam footage shows a red hatchback and a white sedan in the opposite lane stopping abruptly upon impact. The driver's windscreen can be seen cracked by the falling wires.
Bangku said: 'A police report has been filed, but Telekom Malaysia has given no feedback at all until now. That's why I'm making this public, because the authority has shown no responsibility.'
The vehicle owner said he paid 1,650 RM (approximately 300 GBP) for repairs, including a broken windscreen, dents on the front and rear, and a damaged mirror visor cover.
No one was injured in the incident.
