Phoenix, United States - December 04, 2025 12/04/2025 01:55 am GMT-0700 GOODYEAR, Ariz. – According to Arizona Department of Public Safety officials at the scene, troopers responded to reports of a white sedan traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the Loop 303 from Northern Avenue. Operators from the Highway Patrol Traffic Operations Center (HPTOC) tracked the suspect on camera as they drove several miles north in opposing lanes of travel. The driver eventually self-corrected, made a U-turn, and began driving southbound in the southbound lanes of the Loop 303 at Cactus Road. Camera operators tracked the suspect's vehicle southbound on the 303, then east on I-10 while troopers responded to the area. The suspect eventually exited I-10 and made a southbound turn onto Estrella Parkway in Goodyear. Troopers located the suspect vehicle traveling west on Filmore Street from Estrella Parkway. A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver yielded in a nearby apartment complex. The driver, an adult female, was quickly taken into custody. Impairment is strongly suspected.
